The responsibilities of our Avantech Operations team extend well beyond standard monitoring. We handle all deployment-based activities for Scan2x as-a-service and manage the infrastructure supporting our cloud platform. Acting as an escalation point, we collaborate closely with other departments, including our Support, Development, and Architecture teams, to address complex issues and facilitate the strategic growth of Scan2x.
