This infrastructure allows Scan2x to process large volumes of documents seamlessly, ensuring consistent and dependable results.
Additionally, the platform’s AI models are pretrained to handle various document types, providing a highly adaptable and efficient service for diverse use cases. The use of cloud infrastructure also facilitates real-time updates and improvements without the need for manual interventions from users, contributing to its reliability. Furthermore, the integration with secure data transmission protocols (TLS 1.2) enhances the dependability of the document processing flow, protecting user data and preventing any loss during operations
- No Template-Based Configuration: Unlike traditional systems, Scan2x Document AI does not require template-based configuration, making it highly adaptable and reducing setup time. It uses pretrained AI models that handle different types of documents (e.g., invoices, contracts, ID documents) and can even extract metadata from untrained, generic documents.
